5Es of UX

The 5Es of UX are five key stages of a user’s interaction with a product or service: Entice, Enter, Engage, Exit, and Extend. Entice is how you attract users. Enter is how they start interacting with your product. Engage is how they use it and whether it meets their needs. Exit is how they end the experience. Extend is how you encourage them to return or share their experience. These steps help businesses focus on the complete user journey, not just one part of it.
